MARC SANBORN
It was awesome to be able to work with you at the HBCU ADD Conference to talk about ENGAGING AND INSPIRING OUR STUDENT ATHLETES. I am excited to share these additional resources with you to support your growth as a leader.
Note: These materials are FREE for you as a participant in the conference. However, I ask that you do not share these beyond those in attendance. This is typically a service/resource that requires registration and costs. I greatly appreciate your consideration.
If you have questions or want to explore any of these leadership elements in greater depth, please contact Coach Tiffany at info@shelton-development.com

You have taken an important first step towards elevating your coaching effectiveness and leadership. Effective coaching and advising require more than just technical knowledge and experience—they demand self-awareness, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how personal traits influence leadership style. Insight5 is a self-assessment tool to provide coaches and advisors with a clear and comprehensive view of their strengths, tendencies, and potential blind spots. Rooted in the Big Five personality model, this assessment offers a personalized exploration of how key traits shape interactions with student-athletes, influence decision-making, and impact overall effectiveness. By revealing areas for growth and untapped potential, Insight5 serves as both a mirror and a window—reflecting current coaching approaches while providing a new perspective on ways to enhance connection, motivation, and success with today’s student-athlete. This report presents the results of the Insight5 assessment, that when coupled with our debrief at the HBCU ADD Conference, will produce valuable takeaways to refine coaching strategies and foster meaningful student development.
